Look+Listen: Lanvin x Pitbull
Labels: fashion, movies, music
Lanvin injects some much needed levity into the fashion world, and the result is quite refreshing. And yes, that is indeed Alber Elbaz.
Lanvin's Steven Meisel-shot fall/winter 2011 campaign images of Karen Elson and Raquel Zimmermann dancing were slightly confusing when they were first released... but everything makes sense now that the Paris label has released a campy video to accompany the print ads. Models Karen Elson, Raquel Zimmermann, Lowell Tautchin and Milo Spijker dance to Pitbull's 2009 smash hit "I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)" wearing select pieces from Lanvin's fall/winter 2011 collection in this super cute video. Choreographed moves, serious model faces and some ultra-glam Lanvin designs.
