Residence 29, designed by David Mann of MR Architecture + Decor, is a luxurious modernist home located inside New York's One Jackson Square. A nice selection of 20th Century modernist classics furnish the home, including an Osvaldo Borsani P40 lounge chair, a Mathieu Matégot bar cart, a Serge Mouille 3 arm lamp, an Angelo Mangiarotti marble dining table, a Paul Evans CityScape coffee table with an ultrachic Pierre Folie stainless steel lounge chair,
Eric Buck barstools, an Eames management chair in front of a Poul Cadovius wall unit, and an Edward Wormley magazine rack.

My favorite element in this space is the folding bike, wall-mounted so perfectly to almost appear as sculpture.
